has just boarded china airlines and is off to manila with a 3 hr stop at taiwan. it was quite nice dropping her off to the airport, our entire nuclear family was there. padre, madre, hermano and mi (translation: father, mother, brother and myself). i put in her diary as a reminder to buy me an iPod touch or an iPhone. whatever she comes home with i'll be pleased :)
so she'll be gone for three weeks, and i will reign with a harsh communist dictatorship under the alias 'Vladimir'. i've already assigned mi hermano the position of official manager of dish hygiene as i slave over the stove and concoct interesting meals for mi padre.
it's my birthday soon. glad to be turning seventeen. not glad that i have so much school work to do.
